Maternal and Child Health Initiatives

The Regional Data Center partners with many people dedicated to improving maternal and child health in the region. With support from AHN and in partnership with The Pittsburgh Study, we developed a data catalog of maternal and child health data for partners in the First Steps and Beyond coalition. They are using this catalog to prioritize data requests and data collection activities. The EMBRACE Center at the University of Pittsburgh is leveraging our work on the data catalog, working with us to make data from the catalog available, and we're working with partners and community members to enhance reproductive health and justice through a series of data literacy activities.
