Parcels N'At Housing and Property Data Tools

We have worked with a number of housing and community development organizations over the past ten years, and understand the ways in which people looking to improve their communities hope to use data. We maintain a wide range of property datasets and have incorporated them into several data tools. The parcels n’at suite to be officially launched this spring includes the property dashboard which provides an integrated view of data about a property. Parcels n’at also includes a data download feature that enables the user to create a custom download of parcel data anywhere in Allegheny County.
